We had a visit and estimate within 2 days of my phone call, to fit my schedule. She was so pleasant and professional. In 5 business days Ignacio came to make the template. He had an amazing work ethic. He went right to work and cleaned up after himself. He even took his own trash with him! I was impressed. The install was 5 business days after that. Those two gentleman were as hard working and polite as Ignacio. When they cleaned up after themselves and took their trash with them I realized this behavior is a quality promoted within the company. They answered all my questions and never talked down to me. Ignacio even took the time to explain the use of a computer program to analyze the template measurements. The countertops turned out better and more beautiful than we expected. We plan to use RMS when we update our bathrooms. We were even able to take advantage of an Angies list coupon and a RMS promotion.

I have been a contractor for over 30 years and I love learning and staying on the cutting edge. There is so much to learn right now about building long lasting, green, sustainable, low energy use homes. I wish CEU's were required to keep our contractors licenses. I know I can't know it all, but a topical knowledge does go a long way in this industry. Thank you for one of the most informative set of seminars and field trips I've ever been on. I know a class was good when I say "WOW I had no idea how much I didn't know". My plumber, Jeff, and his apprentice Brittney, were equally amazed. Thanks for the great knowledge you passed on to us.

While in the planning stages to remodel our kitchen we decided to contact all
granite companies in the Albuquerque Market. After talking to several companies we realized the quotes we received varied in price by hundreds of dollars. Some included installation and some said you can install yourself, but it the granite breaks there would be no refunds. We decided to go with Rocky Mountain Stone, with there 47 years in business we felt comfortable and confident with our choice.
Rocky Mountain Stone from start to finish was helpful, on time and very accommodating. Our 1965 kitchen was beautifully updated to current year in just a couple of days. Typhoon Bordeaux was our Granite choice and everyone loves it!
We would never buy from anyone else.

The workmanship is excellent. Seams where 2 slabs meet in corners are a pefect fit - and you can tell care was used to make sure the the color variations in the granite match as much as possible at the seams. Edges are perfectly done. The kitchen has been in for several years and shows no wear whatsoever.

Wow!....The granite looks amazing. I was second guessing my choice (well, the whole family's choice) on the Giallo San Francisco, but it's beautiful. And it fit perfectly, almost completely level when the guys set it down. RMS has great customer service and always takes the time to answer all my questions. Hopefully we can do our guest bath later this year with the smaller piece in Giallo SF if it's still available.Thanks also for the Scarpas gift certificate.

The were great! It was a small job but the whole process involved several steps that required a lot of scheduling. They were very professional, informative, well organized, and prompt.
My counter top is small enough that I could use an end piece of granite. For ends, Rocky Mtn. Stone had the cheapest prices of all the places I checked.
I was a little leery going with them because I had read a bad review somewhere but went with them for the price. I was very glad I went with them. I even had to have them come back after they had finished the project to do some additional work.
Several days later when I was installing the faucet, I realized they had not drilled one of the holes big enough. They came out within the week and fixed it. For my project, they were stellar. I'd go to them in a second.

We wanted to let you know how grateful we are to some of Rocky Mountain Stone's employees who worked on a granite job for our home the last two months. We had two showers and one oversized bath tub completely redone in granite. The job was extremely difficult because of the way the areas were originally framed when the home was built. Had it not been for our salesperson, the lead installer, and the sawyer the remodel would have been a disaster.
We have worked with Rocky Mountain Stone for over five years since we originally had granite countertops installed in our kitchen. Our project manager had a keen eye for working out issues, and he was great in coordinating our jobs and in working with the shop in getting the stone cut to look its best. In fact, he is responsible for the five granite remodels at our home. Without him none of this would have happened.
The lead installer on our project performed miracles by working through some nasty installation issues he came across in all three bathrooms. Had it not been for his incredible eye to work out problems and find creative solutions, our bathrooms would have ended up a mess because of the poor framing that was done by the original owner and the weird angles that had to be compensated for by his ability to be creative.
The sawyer did an amazing job of cutting the rock for our bathtub area. His ability to bring out the best parts of the stone was definitely what made the final job incredible to look at.
The reason we have kept coming back to RMS is because of the great guys you have working for you. I hope you will please recognize all these folks in making our home a better place to be. They are not only good at what they do, but they also care so much for their customers.
